THE FAQ'S
FREQUENT QUESTIONS
-
What is the planning process leading up to the big day?Not only do I want to help you personalize your celebration, but I also want to be one of the easiest vendors you work with. After booking, I will send you an exclusive Client Portal with your planning documents. Here, you can share your special song requests and any other important information to help me prepare. Throughout the planning process, I will be here to guide you each step of the way!
-
Do you have any requirements that you need from us or the venue?I’m not looking for anything lavish! I just ask that parking is made available for me and any crew members. Importantly, I request access to reliable, dedicated power unless you want an all-acoustic performance. Feel free to put me in touch with your venue so I can talk with them about electrical needs directly.
-
When are the deposit and balance payments due?A 50% deposit is due when you sign the contract to hold the date. The remaining 50% is due no later than 48 hours before the wedding.
-
Do you provide a sound system? What if there are multiple setups needed (I.e. ceremony and cocktail hour)?Every package includes a premium sound system(s) and audio equipment I need for the performance. If I'm performing in two separate locations (ceremony & cocktail hour for example), I'll bring two independent sound systems for each location.
-
Do you provide a microphone for the ceremony?Yes, I include a wireless handheld microphone in my ceremony package for your vows and for the officiant to use.
-
What style of music do you perform?I love covering a variety of genres including pop, jazz, soul, oldies, country, and even classical arrangements with my violinist. Clients say they are drawn to my unique song arrangements including pretty, ballad covers of Sweet Child of Mine (Guns & Roses), Make My Dreams Come True (Hall & Oats) and Hey Ya (Outfcast). I love making new arrangements of classic songs, especially for weddings!
